Subject: China Tariffs owed US Farmers.

Apparently a thread that was relevant to markets got moved or deleted.. in it was a debate about whether the Trump administration should make US FARMERS WHOLE in this trade war.. I was responding to ??? about the soundness of WHY US FARMERS SHOULD BE MADE WHOLE in this Trade tit for tat.

I had just made the POINT that since the Soybean Market has fallen over $2 per bushel.. and that US CRUSHERS would be able to GAIN and make Beau Coup $$$ buying US Soybeans at a $2 discount to South America's and sell to China's Meal customers.. that the only people getting the shaft would be US SOYBEAN FARMERS.. to wit WE SHOULD BE MADE WHOLE with a (at this point) $2 deficiency payment collected from US Tariffs on Chinese goods imported into the US.

Do you believe that the tariffs on steel and al would generate that cash?

$8 on $200 billion is only 4% of OUR $$$ which WE WANT BACK!!

No doubt that the Tariffs collected will MORE THAN COVER any deficiency OWED to US FARMERS for THESE ACTIONS (as legitimate as they may be..)

Non Negotiable WE WANT TO BE PROTECTED!!

Get it done!!
