N E Illinois | I had a local landowner contact me. His tenant has done nothing with the farm(small parcel )this year so far. The weeds are six foot tall.
He asked for advise. I told him if he authorized anyone to do anything to it now, he would be letting the tenant off the hook for rent. The tenant is notorious for being less than honest.
If he lets it go it will fill the weed seed bank for future years. Sure is pathetic that some people operate like that!
