Is it true that Trimble discontinued ez 500, because mine stay in sleep mode and the dealers tell me Trimble don't do repairs on them anymore !

Will it be possible to fix it myself.
And if I want to buy a 500 from another country , is it possible to get it unlocked for another region, because there is no used 500 for sale in South Africa
