My thoughts are their has to be a program i dont know about that can convert any picture into a shape file. My thinking is if i know the exact lat and long of the corners of the field why shouldnt it be able to kick out something usable for me. I would love to have pictures of really old tile maps scanned just as a reference, i know it wont be perfect but it cant be too terribly off either. Whats your guys thoughts?
