| I've been waiting for someone to post the news that the EU has levied tariffs on $3 billion in US goods in response to the US tariffs on steel & aluminum activated a few days ago. July 6th is the date the Chinese have set for the start of tariffs on US soybeans.
Like it or not, we are officially " in a trade war".
The Europeans are being restrained with their $3 billion, just enough to show they mean business but trump has threaten to respond with tariffs on some $50 billion in European auto imports to the US.
Politics aside, things are about to get serious and like it or not, us farmers are now walking around with targets painted on our backs. Or is that, on our foreheads? | |
