southern MN | Has anyone actually read a software license? Or I suppose a tech agreement.
They can get pretty interesting. Stumbling over themselves in how they can blame the user for everything. Gets pretty creative sometimes.
Just downloaded an iOS App, looking for a good iOS Word processor. Polaris.
Instead of just agreeing to the agreement, I clicked on it.
Seriously, has anyone else ever done that? I have in the past - my gps navigator from yearsa go had 21 screens of agreement.
This one has 21-1/2 pages of agreement, spelling out what they can do and what I can't do.
It ends with this. I'm sure that would go well for anyone here.
