I used to have a very difficult time cleaning my eye glasses of body oil and grime. I mixed 3 parts water and 1 part Dawn dish soap and put in a spray bottle. Spray it on, wipe it around, rinse, and blot it dry with a soft cloth. Best thing I have found so far.
