Centralia, MO | In the aviation world nowadays most GPS systems are designed to also receive weather data from the XM system. Is anybody doing this on an ag GPS system. The subscription service might be too costly but how many times have you been running a tractor watching the sky and wishing you could glance at a radar screen. The XM service transmits Nexrad radar composites updated every 5 minutes which can be displayed on any LCD display. I told my JD dealer they should pass the suggestion to Deere but I doubt they did. | |
