Subject: Heavy Harrowing Manure into Stubble?

Hi all, I’m curious about this idea that I’ve been thinking of but not sure if it would work. Growing a rotation of Canola, Wheat, and Peas in Western Canada with a couple hundred acre of Barley silage, Corn Silage and Alfalfa. We have a couple hundred cows in feedlot/Barn. We would also be bailing a couple hundred acres of the wheat straw so little straw going back to the soil. For the peas we would be harrowing in a granular edge herbicide. I would be spreading liquid manure as well as penpack with straw bedding. I was thinking would harrowing the solid manure would help to incorporate the manure into the soil and spread the straw that was in the pen pack. Would this be a good idea?
