Subject: Potash in a strip?

New to the site. As a strip-till farmer, I am wanting to apply my potash fertilizer needs in a strip this spring pre-plant in row 2-inches deep (normally this will be done in the fall) using an old dry fertilizer planter. This strip will then be worked up using a strip-till unit which will apply my nitrogen needs. Question is, what is the limiting amount of potash that can be applied in this strip (thinking 60-80 lbs) and not hurt any germination to the seed? Anybody with experience???
