Once a year I try printing certain addresses from my MS Office Contacts list for christmas cards. Well, it's that time of year again...
What I want to do is insert a bunch of envelopes in the printer, put my address as return address, choose selected addresses from my contacts list, (MS OFFICE 2003) insert them on the Address line, and print them off. It sounds like it should be easy, but for some reason I find it really hard!@#$
What I end up actually doing is opening MS Word, trying about 8 different things like mail merge, envelope templates, etc until I stumble on a way that works...sort of.. then I mis-print a bunch of stuff and finally after a couple more tries, actually complete the job.
Is there a better way? Can you help??
BTW, I have all my contacts set up with 1 address and the name is exactly how I want it to print
