Northern Illinois | Delta Airlines is tightening requirements for service animals to fly free in the airplane cabin.

Now I wish other places would follow. I don't want to restrict someone who has an actual medical need but I have witnessed animals wearing service vests that I suspect are just wearing a vest so the owner can take the animal with them. My wife is an elementary teacher and uses a therapy dog for students to read and she is a big believer of this type of therapy. My nephew who has mental issues used horse therapy. I understand and believe this type of therapy is helpful but I really want to stop someone from just throwing a vest on a dog.
