| So quick question here for you guys... auctions. Not online auctions, but live auctions such as retirement, estate, farm sales.. thing of the past now? It seems like every auction company offers online auctions now. Moral of the question is, I've helped with auctions before, taking bids, even a little auctioneering here and there. I'm thinking about attending a auction school over in central Iowa and would love to get into the auction business more, but is this getting to be a thing of the past? Am I about 20 years too late? Any auction companies in eastern South Dakota ever even hiring or is this a start from scratch deal? I'm not sure, just looking for some insight. Thanks | |
