America's got talent tonight is announcing the final people to go through.  They do that thing where they bring out 2 or 3 people or groups and then say the next act to go through is: . . . . . . . . .  . .  .. . . . . .  . . . .  . . . . . . .  . . . . . . . . . .  . . . . . . .  and finally announce.  While I consider it stupid and contrived to make us wait for the names, I think it was just plain cruel to make the two little girls stand out there and wait.  One of them was crying and while the other was holding it together I still didn't see any point.

I'm making an assumption that some people will say "well the parents put them in that position."  Maybe, but it wasn't necessary to exacerbate their stress by some dimwitted producer.
