South Eastern VA | Any of guys use sunn hemp as a cover crop?
I have been reading about it the last couple of nights and have seen a lot of guys say it can get really woody if you let it go to long.
I think it would be interesting to try some since most people say it can grow 5-6 feet in two months. I figure worse case sanerio I would have to bush hog it if we don't get a frost to kill it or if it starts to scare me I can chop the crap out of it lol
Also thought if it was planted in strips about 20" wide in maybe like a strip till setting it could be one heck of a mulch if you let it get super tall?
