Subject: Late to ripen low spots in wheat.

W. Michigan
I don't grow much wheat, but i have a large lower valley area of my field where there is still green stems, probably due to heavier soil, and the kernels are still very doughy. The rest of the field has most heads tipped and has to be close to running. My old time neighbor Says it should be able to get to 13 in the field, no need to get docked. I'm thinkin wait a few days and the rest of it will ripen enough to run? Shouldn't all the heads be tipped down?
