Subject: Applying Lime to rented ground that is expected to be sold

I have 200 acres that I rent that is being heavily pressured by development. They are putting on/off ramps on the interstate that runs through the farm. Soil test calls for 1 to 1.5 tons of lime. The farm is not being advertised for sale,,,but if the right offer comes in it will be sold.

What would you do?

Thanks.
