Subject: Massey 165 oil in coolant

Sw. Ill
Bought a gas 165 massey at an auction. Runs good. Water pump is bad, the pulley wobbles and leaks coolant. For some reason the coolant is full of oil. There is no coolant in the engine though. Wierd thing is the oil looks clean and new in the coolant but the engine oil is black. Trying to figure out how it got in there, could it be hydraulic oil coming from somewhere? Power steering oil? The steering is hard.

Also one break is locked up. Is it possible to free up without taking the axle tube off?

Thanks in advance. Plan to put a loader on it if i can find one.
