North East Wimmera district of Victoria. | Took a Win 10 laptop computer to a church we lead at occasionally, and hooked it up to their data projector for a Power Point presentation.
Hooked up and did what it was meant to, changing slides with a remote control.
After going through some slides in illustration to accompany the sermon, or the early part of it, I noticed that the data projector had flipped to something not in the power point. It had not been advanced for maybe five minutes, and would neither show the previous or the next slide - even though they would show on the laptops screen.
As what followed was not really necessary for the final part of the service, the data projector was turned off, rather than disrupt the worship service at that point.
Investigating later, the data projector had gone to the homescreen off the laptop!
Would not go to the power point presentation again.
Any ideas as to why this might have happened?
