Subject: Exmark Mower deck blades?

N. IL
We have a 2008 Exmark 27 hp Lazer Z with a 56" Triton deck. We like the durability and speed of the mower, but the cut quality is not as good as should be.

I have a set of standard and gator blades, both seem to streak between the spindles. The blades are correct size and installed properly, sharpened, and deck is clean. It spreads evenly is tall grass and has good power for the operating speed. The drive belt and clutch are relatively new.

I looked on the Lawnsite, but just found a bunch of brand wars on the forum posts, no real help. The Triton deck is not a favorite.

I would like to figure out how to get a good cut job without the skips between the blades. Any advice on blades (high, medium, low vacuum) would be helpful.
