I usually buy a 5 lb package of sliced American cheese. I divide it up in smaller packages to keep it fresh. By accident I picked up 5 lb of unsliced cheese. I have one of those wire type slicers but the cheese seems to hard and sticky for it. Any ideas beside throwing a party and serving it with toothpicks?
