Subject: 1987 Ford F-150 injector issues?

SE North Dakota
So I have been battling this pickup all last week. 4.9 six cylinder motor doesn't run right. Isn't hitting on all cylinders have plenty of spark. It's in time. Can remove 1 and 2 plug wires and doesn't change how it runs. But if I squirt a little either into the intake it smoothens out and runs perfect til it runs out of either. I pulled the injector rail off to see if it has a bad nozzle and if I crank the motor over with all the injectors out but hooked to the rail still they all squirt gas. My fuel pressure is 55psi with the key on and 45-50 psi with the engine running. Fuel pressure regulator works. Could 1 and 2 injectors squirt gas but not enough to make them cylinders pull? Or could they have had carbon built up on them that got knocked off when I pulled them out of the head? Thanks.
