I still worry though about the weather and whether or not the renter can make a profit.  
It's been cold, wet and windy here in eastern Iowa.  Many years our corn has been knee high by the fourth of June, this year a lot of its not out of the ground.  We've been riding around in Cedar, Jackson, Clinton and Scott counties.  Scott seemed to be better but certainly not normal or what I'd consider average emergence and growth.
