Subject: Jag 870 vibration

BC, Canada
Working with my custom guy on his Claas 870 chopper that has a pretty nasty vibration.
Two years ago the shearbar went into the knives, got a new cutterhead with bearings and lots of other parts.
So far he's replaced both accelerator bearings, bearings on the grooved idler pulley, smooth pulley runs good. Like I said, cutterhead bearings are 2 years old, 250-300 hrs on them. Last night we pulled the main drive clutch off, disk has oil on it from leaking seal but that's about.
You feel the vibration in the cab like crazy, almost like your running with a processor bearing gone.
Thanks guys.
