Subject: HP Laptop Battery Issue

So riddle me this how this wouldn't be considered a safety concern? https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05151476 Had one of these happen to a laptop in the office the other day, I wouldn't call "swelling" of a battery not a safety issue as batteries should not deform like that! If it swells up enough it literally pops the lid off the bottom of the laptop which in the case I handled it did and it takes a little bit of force to get the lid to snap back on since the battery is bulging out.

Used to think HP had quality products but the latest rounds of laptops and PCs we've purchased have all had issues with drivers or weird glitches they seem to be constantly releasing BIOS, firmware, and drivers for much more frequently than they have in the past. The guys that test and certify all the updates before we put them in our office environment have even gotten frustrated lately because as soon as they get 1 update ready to release HP comes out with yet another version of it.
