south east Indiana | The clinic is now History. Was a crazy couple weeks leading up to the clinic and then a bit of stress caused by the weather. We ended up having a rather dry quite warm weekend ( especially considering the forecast) only interrupted by a quick storm on Saturday morning.
I used Chucks idea about burgers and BBQ sauce in the crock pot - it was a HOME RUN. Super easy. Make beef burgers and some lamb burgers and gave out the recipe to several, should have made up something more complicated to tell them instead of meat and sauce.
Then did hash browns and cheese sauce and link sausages another day to have an alternative to potato soup. Need to tweek that one some, not quite happy with it yet but it was fine.
