Anderson Bale Wrapper.
Removed broken engine and put new one on.  Battery isn't charging.  

I'm getting 19Vac out of the alternator coils but only 11Vdc out of the rectifier.  Is the voltage from the coils OK and I just need a new rectifier?  The rectifier is bolted to the bale wrapper so that was not included with the new engine.

Also I think the old engine was an 18amp charge system and the new one might only be 10amp.  We do not ever use the lights on the wrapper so I'm hoping we can get by with just the 10amp charge unless it could be screwing up the rectifier.  I'd rather not dig into the flywheel/crankshaft on the new engine to swap the coils if I can help it.
