| Having a problem with a RG1100 with hawkeye. Same machine worked fine last year as is and nothing has been changed. Spraying 10 gal at 40 PSI and it will start over applying as soon as speed drops below 11 MPH. Anything above 11 works great and worked last year. Had a service guy drive 3 hours yesterday to update it to the latest version and thought it was fixed but stopped for lunch and after that it was back to doing it again and maybe worse. Before update I was getting 85 acres sprayed with a load that should have covered 100. This afternoon only covered 73. It knows it's over applying and is constantly warning me. Ziegler tech has run out of ideas and is waiting to talk to Raven but I need to spray.
We have adjusted everything to try fixing it and nothing works. I loaded water and messed with it adjusting rate and pressure up and down and finally got it to work but it didn't last long. This is being ran off a Viper 4. Anyone have any ideas? | |
