Subject: Looking at cutting back on fert...

SC Kansas
This field has been applied a removal rate plus build for 3 years now. It's in wheat this year next year either beans or corn (will be D.C. Beans after harvest.). Can I get by only applying fert (can apply in furrow as well as dribble behind press wheels) with the planter next year, or should I continue to spread dry ahead and supplement with the planter? Just looking at cutting some expenses for a year-we've been doing a good job of keeping up with fertility, so I was thinking of making a withdrawal.
