Bardstown,KY | Have problems with wings not rephrasing and holding planter out of the ground on the ends. Today while trying to diagnose it I found that I can raise and lower 5-10 times and will have a couple inches of ram showing on the wing cylinders , with SCV locked in down position I can turn the remotes off going to the vac fans and the planter will settle right down to level. I had dealer print off a detac case this morning explaining that different rephrase valves are used for different hyd pressures. My tractor has 2900 lbs but has barley enough flow for the setup. Takes 12 seconds to lift planter and 8 seconds to lower when the fans are on . When I leave the vac fans off and cycle the planter it seems to never get out of phase. Anybody ran into this before.
