Currently have a '15 ram 1500 with 5.7 with 20" wheels and has 3.92 rear end. Surprised at all the new pickups equipped the same way except the standard 3.21 rear axle ratio was kept even when upgrading to 20" tires. Is there much noticeable difference? Is the mileage much better? Would it be a problem pulling an 18' boat?
