Subject: Updating P3Pro

I formatted my SD, downloaded the update from the site, unzipped it and drug it onto my SD. Put my SD into the ship, turn it on, and it never starts blinking red/green, only flashing red. Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to let it sit for a while?
