As I said above,cannot get the program to download into my 2630, been at this all afternoon and wondering if any one else has had this problem. The computer looks like the greenstar shape file down loaded onto the thumb drive, but when we put the drive into the 2630, it doesn't recognize the prescription on the drive. What are we doing wrong? Do u have to down load this on to apex or something to ge it, or are we doing it wrong. Thanks for any advice!!
