| While on a short road trip today I traveled along a stretch that had some tile work under the hi-way done and they had installed what looks to be 3" pvc pipe in the ditch where it meets the field. The PVC pipe is vertical about 3 ft above ground and is capped. As I traveled further I noticed more of these same pipes where tile crosses the road. Are they some sort of inspection pipes? It looks like a new thing contractors are starting to do. Just caught my curiosity. Thanks | |
