Have a Case 1250 planter and the seed eyes keep blinking after the tractor is shut off and key taken out. Is it a troubleshooting message? Couldn't find anything in the planter book. Planter is pretty new to us but I don't remember it doing this when we put it away for the year. Have to unhook the ISO plug for it to stop.
