What parts do you expect to be in stock, how quick do you expect ordered parts to come in on overnight or 2-3 day stock orders, if you bring in a dirty tractor to be repaired would paying a couple hrs labor to be power wash before repaired bother you.When you stop in do you like to look around by your self or do you like for salesman to come out with you. Do you like for salesman to stop by your farm a couple times a year to see if any thing you might need or look at maybe a trade in . Or phone calls a few time a year with specials or new equipment you may use in your business.
