Holland, Indiana (SW IN) | Will be working on a semi trailer --questions
The 5th wheel plate appears to be 3/8" metal 48"X48" -- is it regular mild steel (hot roll) or is it something else-- cold roll ?
Second question and this will get to me being a farmer tight with $ I have some 8' tall I beams --came from a railroad bridge the middle part is 3/8" flat will that work? I can punch it with a center punch so metal is not real hard.
#3 are the fifth wheel pins all the same or they for diff thicknesses of plate?
