Central MO | thinking about corn chemical program next year. we really like to get a good dose of callisto down behind the planter in case weather prevents a timely post app. But it seems like 2 passes is the way to go around here.
Last year we used 2 qt Cinch Atz with 6 oz instigate chasing the planter and had good control on about 90% of the acres. About 10% were infested by morning glory and fall panicum.
I'm thinking of a program like 4 oz Anthem Maxx with 6 oz instigate pre. Followed by an oz of impact and a lb of atz. post
Is this too heavy of a Hppd load on the corn?
Is instigate still the best buy on Callisto this year, or is the generic bellum or some other premix like Solstice a good buy this season?
