The bosses here decided we needed a new-used piece of equipment, so did some online searching and found the item not too far from home........3hrs. Talked to the dealer on the phone, and got info and description, and agreed to buy. 

Husband made it very clear to the dealer that he had no sense of humor about driving a 6hr round trip only to find out that his idea of good condition and the dealer's idea weren't in the same ballpark.

The dealer.....Rick.....at Yarger Machinery Sales near Kewanee IL stated that if the item wasn't as he represented it, he'd pay for the fuel over and back.   Doubt anything could be more fair or considerate than that.

Made the trip, the item was exactly as represented....maybe even a titch better.....wrote the check and drug it back home.

Just wanted to give a shout out for what has been a good experience during crazy harvest season that might not have been.
