South Central Illinois | Following pictures are from an 80 acre field that experienced a pretty rough 3-4 week period with minimal rain. Since then we've had a rain every week it seems in south central Illinois. This field is usually in the 220-240bpa range (PI 130), I have a feeling I will be lucky to achieve 180bpa across the board. 180 units of N preplant anhydrous, 40 units of N side dressed with anhydrous. Average of 12 ears is 15 round by 36 long at 32,000 final stand.
