I saw a news release this morning that said 3 GPS satellites are currently offline.  It said that DGPS receivers using an elevation mask of 5° should have adequate GPS coverage most of the day.  However, it said that RTK receivers using an elevation mask of 12&deg or higher would have several periods during the day when only 4 satellites would be available.  The release also said that it could take 2-3 weeks for the problems to be fixed.

Looks like we could have problems running RTK for the next few weeks.
