Trying to hook a new itc starfire SF1 reciever to an insight.  I cannot get anything unless I hook my Greenstar display back into the cable, then everything works fine.  I then can immediately unhook the greenstar monitor and everything will work fine until I turn the combine of.  Once I do this I have to hook the monitor back up to get the signal to go to the insight then I can unhook again.  Is there a way to not even have the greenstar display??
