$193k fine for 22 lbs. of anhydrous. I realize this is OSHA and not the EPA, but can you imagine what's going to happen when they set their sights on ag?
Do the bureaucrats really think that it was company policy to let equipment fall in disrepair to the point of failure, rather than a fluke or mistake on a tech's part?
