Stratford WI
Never really worried about the crop side of things on the farm and now I am the everything guy so here are a couple of questions.

If I have a field of alfalfa/timothy and use it as a rotational graze for the spring-fall the year before I plant to corn what would a some general numbers be for my NPK from the manure and the alfalfa?
I know cow numbers are a factor so maybe 1 or 2 per acre would fill that in. Never tried the rotational thing so it's all an experiment.
How would the age of the alfalfa stand affect this?
Woud it be better to plow down in the fall or spring?
Would it be better to graze it off or confine the animals, green feed, and spread the manure in the spring?

Thanx
