North Central Kentucky | What is acceptable when pursuing land? A friend of mine suggested I call on a farm that borders mine since the owner is in a nursing home and he heard they were interested in selling. I did and was told to meet the owners children there tomorrow and that someone else is interested also. After some digging I discovered who it was; a non farmer acquaintance. I guess he was told the same info and called me suggesting I should back off because he believes he "found it". What is thr opinion of the group? | |
