West central ND | Had a visit with a 58 year old Ukrainian on the train this am. He was on his way to Kiev to set up a new business. He didn't say what business. (Hard to have a lengthy conversation through an interpreter) He knew we were from America. Was proud of his boots that someone sent to him from Chicago. He said our Ukrainian President went to the US to get money for our country and was refused. He said that's good we need to make it work ourselves or nothing will change. We will always be dependent on others if we keep accepting help. Wow what wisdom we need to import some of that thinking to the US! Add some pics. Rich black soil concrete power poles. Typical paved road in southern UA.
