Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Yes, you would have the ability to switch from Rate 1 to Rate 2 at anytime. This process could be "automated" by the use of a third party box or a different Raven controlled that would change these rates based on a map.
There are several third party devices that could do this with a serial 450. By serial, I mean that the 450 has the 9 pin computer type plug in on the back. The early 450's did not have this but this feature has been available for the last several years.
The third party box could be a laptop, ipaq type device, an Ag Leader product or several others. This additional box is connected to GPS so that it "knows" where it is and sends over different rates for different places based on a prescription which has been created beforehand.
