Subject: EZ Guide and T2 terrain compensation techonolgy

Idaho
I am new to GPS systems and am looking at the EZ Guide systems. My needs are for dry fertilizer and seeding. We have a lot of rolling hills here in Northern Idaho so would like something that will compensates for that. I would think most of the usage would have to be free form as not much in the way of a square field here. They talk about a upgrade antenna I believe it is an AN15 which is supposed to be good down to 6 to 8 inches. Is the antenna where they are getting the T2 compensation? I have only see that really talked about with the EZ steer option. Not sure I want to put in EZ steer at this point in time. What basic systems would you recommend? Farming with Dad and he doesn't think he want to learn a new system. So need to keep the prices reasonable or it will be hard to get him to buy into upgrading to something new. Thanks for the help. Dennis
