Good Sunday Morning. Summer is winding down. Trying to get those vacations in before the kids head off to school. Some kids are in school already, here in WI they don't go back until after Labor Day. We spent the day with our daughter yesterday and our grandson will be going off to kindergarten. It just seems like yesterday when we sent our daughter off to kindergarten. Where does the time go?

Speaking of where did the time go, did you take advantage of this last week and stick with the program, or did you let another week slip by. So easy to do as I well know. I stayed the same, so again I let another week go by without tackling my problem and getting this weight off. I hope you had a good week. So many of you are doing a good job and losing those unwanted pounds. No time like the present to get it done. Good luck this week.

For the week I lost .3 lbs. Not what I was hoping for but on the good side of things. Hard to do much positive when you are gone on vacation and not get the excercise in like you should. I'm happy with where I am at now(down over 80 lbs) but would like to drop a little more so that I can do a tandem parachute jump(need to drop about another 10). I was at that weight at one time during last fall/winter. Need to get there again.

High Springs, Florida

Was 200 this morning. Had a big meal at Logan's Steakhouse, after the Honeybee Expo in Ocala. It's been quite hot here, and after doing chores, I just don't feel like going for a walk, in this heat. But overall I think I have been doing a good job at watching what I have been eating and drinking, lately. Ultimate goal is 165-170. But I have been stuck around 200 lately.

I stayed the same. I thought I would have a pretty good week. I've got my walks in and eating what I thought was right but I do think you have to watch the watermelon or other fruits that have a lot of sugar. Sugar seems to really convert to pounds quite easily with my metabolism.

298 down 7. That's seven. I've been hungry, one day I had only a 200 calorie deficit and I lost that much. Apparently thyroid function really is important to your metabolism. My girlfriend got a fitbit last week so were sort of competitive in walking more than the other. I'm just glad that my hard work is actually paying off.

I always told everyone that I didn't have any health problems. Not knowing about them is sure not the same as not having them. Get yourselves checked out every once in awhile. It might help you live another day.

Mine isn't working to its full capacity I guess. I was losing 2 pounds a week or so before the meds but was working REAL hard to get there. Things are much easier with the pills and I've found that I have more energy too.

I gained 4 pounds this week, at 199 lb.
At least it feels like I am building up leg muscles, so hopefully I am not gaining fat. I drink a lot too, let's pray it's all water. I walked along 3 separate trails in the nearby Bridle Trails state park, and walked back all the way home, hopefully this will shave a few more pounds by tomorrow!

Malheur County Oregon
Still hanging around 189-193. Just cant seem to drop anymore. But I'm happy with where I am. Dropped from a 36" pant down to 34's and they are almost loose on me.
Have rode my bike a ton this summer. Just went over the 700 mile mark with it since March. Been a little harder to get many miles lately with harvest going on
