Have you ever seen it done, or used them yourself, as a wall covering or even a ceiling cover? I would think the thin ones that are lighter weight should be able to stick to a ceiling. But I have not seen it done yet. Looking at an alternative for my rv trailer build. I wanted to use upholstery vinyl over foam, but the foam will come loose from the glue too fast. Then I made a sample piece of using covered screws in a pattern. It turned out awesome, but I have too many screws already in the walls and ceiling and it would screw up the pattern.

 So I for simplicity, I got to wondering if the peel and stick vinyl flooring squares might work.? Going to stick to plywood if that matters.
